Six Palms boasts large entertaining areas with soaring 13 foot ceilings in the main living area with a new 75" smart TV, beautiful adjacent billiard room with new 55" smart TV, large sliders opening to the private resort-like backyard (with no power lines!), a dramatic floor to ceiling concrete block gas fireplace, and restored mid-century modern vintage furniture throughout.

South Palm Springs just minutes from downtown, the airport, shopping, eateries, coffee houses, grocery stores, hip hotels, famous architecture, casinos, museums, theaters, golf, hiking, biking and is an exceptional walking neighborhood. This area is made up of only single family homes with no adjacent hotels, motels, multi-unit (apartment) buildings, or busy streets so the area is extremely quiet and perfect for a relaxing getaway!
An Owner's Booking Agreement must be signed and valid identification provided for booking confirmation. Please note, pool heating is OPTIONAL and may be arranged directly with the owner at $65/night. Spa heat is always included at no additional cost. Please reach out if you have any questions or would like to add pool heating (typically recommended between November and April).
THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. We are in a quiet residential neighborhood which strictly observes respect for our neighbors and the Palm Springs noise ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm-8:00am.
