Events, parties, and gatherings of any type or size are also prohibited. There is parking for a maximum of 4 cars: 3 in the driveway and 1 vehicle parked on a separate parking pad above the home. On-street parking is prohibited. Dogs are permitted with notice; 2 max, 50 pounds max, with an additional cleaning and non-refundable pet fee.
