Summary: When we arrived we had three days of extreme odor with the washer full of gross water. I felt we should be offered at least some monetary compensation. After traveling by vehicle for three days to get there, we couldn’t use the washer for three more days and had to keep windows open or the smell would have been overwhelming. The water in the second bathroom didn't get hot. After arranging our schedule for two plumbers to come, we just gave up and only used the master shower. I notified the property manager, by text, that the table and chairs were very loose. We did not even use the table or two of the chairs for the first month. Again, there was no response. We finally got some tools and my husband tightened all the screws so it would be usable. I asked if there was any outside furniture so we could sit outside. Again, no response. We finally bought two chairs so we could take them outside to enjoy the sun. When we arrived, there was no shampoo or soap in either shower (we are leaving ours). The kitchen was hopelessly under-furnished. There was no aluminum foil, no saran wrap, no Tupperware, not even salt and pepper!! There is no full-sized frying pan. The knives are hopeless for chopping anything so we had to buy one. There were only 4 garbage bags for 2 months (we are leaving ours). There was only a sample-sized dish soap (like 1.5 oz). We are leaving ours. There were no tissues and only 2 rolls of toilet paper. We would not stay here again. It is clean and safe.
