This is cool entire apartment nestled in the heart of LA and is close to just about everything! Sleeps two, wi-fi included, and is a perfect spot for a comfy short stay. The area has lots of energy but the neighborhood is quiet and inviting.

I love this apartment!! It's almost like a tree house because there is a lovely tree outside that gives great shade in the summer.

This is a roomy and comfortable place. Most basic things you need to make a meal are here, including seasonings. There is a smart tv so you can get most of your programming on demand via Netflix, Hulu+, or Amazon prime and local primary networks.

WiFi is available for your convenience and I try to keep a little water, soda, coffee, or tea to refresh you upon your arrival.
*Your keys will be left in two places...the lockbox attached on the window bar in front of the building. Code 8899 and a second lockbox is on your door, code 9803. You are in unit 4260 1/2 which is inside the gate and UPSTAIRS to your right.

*Access to the wood doors are controlled by August Wi-Fi locks. You must download the August app to control access from your cell phone or you can use the keypad. You should receive a communication inviting you to the lock automatically, but if you do not, please let me know and I will send you a link or code directly.

*Please do not leave exterior lights on during the day or air conditioning on when you are not home. If I am at the building and notice that a porch light is on during the day or an air unit is running without anyone being in the apartment, I will enter to turn them off as I do not charge for this level of utility usage in my rates.

*Please be mindful of the guests underneath you. You are on a hardwood floor and even regular steps or a small child running can be thunderous for the guests below.

*No unauthorized parties. If you have a party or gathering of any sort that we have not previously discussed, you may likely be asked to leave. If you are asked to leave, you agree to vacate without delay or incident.

*If you will arrive at night, please let me know and I can leave lights on for you as it gets pretty dark on the street.

STREET SWEEPING!!!!

Please be careful to move your cars for street sweeping to avoid getting a ticket. Here are the days and times:

WEDNESDAYS - From 10 - 12 noon, do not park across the street.

THURSDAYS - From 10 - 12 noon, do not park on our side of the street.

Large black trash bins are in the back of the building if you need to empty your trash cans. There is also a blue recycling bin.

*If you are visiting anytime between June and August, leading up to and after the 4th of July, you may hear fireworks in the evenings as some nearby residents get an early start on the festivities. On the 4th of July there are many events around the city where you can watch fireworks displays or you can hear the sounds of the centennial celebrations right there in the apartment. It is very loud and festive!

*THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING WHATSOEVER INSIDE THE UNIT. PLEASE RESPECT THIS RULE.

*There may be coffee, tea, sweetener, snacks and water (or some combination of these items) upon your arrival if you need them.

*Please be mindful of the hardwood floors should you need to move any furniture to accommodate your party. Even items with plastic bottoms can scratch the wood so carefully lift anything you need to rearrange and return to its regular place before checkout.

CHECK OUT TIME IS 12:00!!!
*If for any reason you need to check out late, you MUST talk to me. I may NOT be able to accommodate you so it's important to check with me first. Do not stay past the check out time as it can disrupt the schedule for the cleaning team and I may incur a charge which will be passed on to you.

*Any items you do not wish to take home that other guests can use, please feel free to leave them behind!

*No pets.

*The gardener comes pretty early on Friday mornings and their equipment can be really loud. I apologize in advance!
