Negative: Restaurant food quality is abysmal!! The dining experience fell well below the standards I expect from a property of this caliber. The food quality was consistently subpar. The seafood did not taste fresh, the pasta was improperly cooked, and the red sauce had the flavor and texture of canned sauce rather than a freshly prepared offering. Additionally, red wine was served at an inappropriate temperature, which further detracted from the experience.

Summary: I had a bad dinning experience at Jw Marriot Cancún.
