We split time between CA and AZ so this is our home, not just a VRBO property. Our neighborhood is extremely quiet, has a park across the street, a heated/cooling pool, a smoker for BBQ, a fully stocked kitchen. Since we live there part-time, it's fully equipped. We love snowbirds and offer discounts for long-term guests.
