Positive: Modest hotel but nice, staff are genuinely friendly and easy-going. Secure off street parking. Showers good pressure, water was tepid but who needs hot water here? Comfortable bed. Crystal clean little pool. Just a block from fairground which is fun.

Negative: Bit of a walk to beach but not that far and nice walk through bustling pretty zihua.
