Summary: The room was clean and all was well. But we were suppose to have an accessible room and it was not. The bathroom was so small that I could not get my walker in. The shower was not accessible by any means. It was not accessible. There was only a high spigot that didn’t move, no grab bars, no shelf of any kind to put toiletries on, no bathmat. We reserved the room months before and the man at the desk confirmed our reservation was for an accessible room. We will not stay here again.
