The house is on a quiet street, near to: Condesa & Roma (5 min by bike), turistic sights (10 min by bike), and near to airport (10-15 min by car). Subway and metrobus by 7 blocks. I live with foreigners, we are all very quiet and friendly.

Indicaciones para la sana convivencia en la casa
A) PROHIBIDO FUMAR.- En ningún lugar dentro de la casa se permite, ya que los muebles y cortinas se impregnan fácilmente. SOLO EN LA TERRAZA SE PUEDE FUMAR.
B) NO HACER RUIDO.- Si les pedimos mucha prudencia para NO HACER RUIDO después de las 11 pm por respeto a los demás huéspedes que están en casa.
C) Solo pueden hacer uso de la habitación y áreas comunes de la casa, exclusivamente las personas que se estén hospedando en casa.
D) Prohibido maltratar las plantas que estén al interior de la casa o en la terraza.
E) LIMPIEZA.- Durante su estancia, se les pide amablemente que conservemos limpias las áreas comunes, sobre todo la COCINA y el BAÑO DEL PASILLO. Y su habitación, solo déjenla recogida y limpia cuando hagan su check out, por favor.

1. LA PUERTA PRINCIPAL.- Se les pide que cada vez que salgan o entren a la casa, revisen que la puerta haya sido cerrada completamente. Si la cierran con fuerza, solo rebotara la puerta pero no cerrará. La clave es CERRARLA SUAVEMENTE Y DESPACIO.
2. AGUA CALIENTE.- En la regadera, abrir la manivela de arriba que es la caliente hasta el tope. Si la abren a la mitad, no encenderá el calentador de agua. Tienen que abrirla a toda presión para que prenda el boiler. Tardara de 1 a 2 min en salir el agua caliente.
