The pool is not heated
This comfortable residence with great room design and three bedrooms will make it hard to leave. This home has a large private pool that backs onto a private wash giving you complete privacy along with a mountain view. It comes equipped with pool toys, chaise loungers, umbrellas and beach towels. It has an oversized uncovered patio for those who love the sun as well as an extended covered patio with outside fans. Cook on the natural gas outside BBQ and dine on the patio sets. Enjoy the outside fireplace when the evenings get cool or swim in the pool while viewing the stars under the beautiful desert sky. Experience one of the most beautifully landscaped homes in the area with a wide variety of desert plants along with a stone fountain flowing into the pool.
This home has 1800 SQFT, air conditioned, includes 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with a 2 car garage. It will comfortably sleep 6 people. The Southwestern décor gives you a taste of the Arizona culture.
The spacious great room with a pool view has a leather chair and large sectional as well as a 50” HD TV with a DVD/CD player with a stereo to enjoy your favorite movies and music. The dining table will seat six for a family dinner. For your convenience, we have complimentary internet access through Cox Communications.
The great room design allows you to prepare meals in the kitchen and still enjoy guests and or television/music. It is fully equipped to meet all your cooking needs, new stainless steel refrigerator with ice - maker and water dispenser, microwave, large corning cook top oven, dishwasher, pots, pans, indoor and outdoor dishes, toaster, coffee maker, slow cooker, juicer, baking dishes, spices, coffee, garbage bags, dish soap and a blender for those nice cold Margaritas after a hot day. Help yourself to fresh lemons and oranges right outside the door, when in season!
The master suite has access to the pool through sliding glass doors and an extremely comfortable queen-size bed with a pillow top mattress, private soaker tub, shower, double sinks and large deluxe closet. The master suite has a TV as well. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen-size bed (TV) and the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed (TV) with a computer desk.
The bathrooms are equipped with shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, towels, and toilet paper.
The quiet master planned community of Estrella Mountain Ranch is conveniently located only 40 minutes from the Sky Harbor Airport. Enjoy a morning or evening walk/run or bike ride around the 2 large lakes. Play a game of tennis, basketball, horse shoes or take the kids to the play-ground followed by a picnic by the lake which comes complete with tables and BBQ’s.
The neighborhood offers amenities such as Safeway/ Starbucks, Oasis Bagel Shop, Chase bank and a gas station. Medical facilities are available within the shopping area.
Estrella Mountain Ranch has great access to all sporting events. Two NASCAR events at Phoenix International Raceway occur in November and April. The track is just 8 miles away. Other professional sports available include NBA Basketball (Suns), NFL Football (Cardinals), NHL Hockey(Coyotes), and Major League Baseball(Diamondbacks). The Spring Training Facilities for the Cincinnati Reds and Cleveland Indians are within the community and only 5 minutes away. The restaurants and shopping are unlimited as well as many activities for all age levels from hiking, swimming, zoo and wildlife park, waterslide, amusement parks, concerts, plays and many nearby golf courses.
Golfers can enjoy the local golf course of Estrella Mountain Ranch which is within walking distance from the house. (Golf clubs are available with the home.) This 18-hole, par-72 championship course is a Nicklaus-designed course covering 7,102 yards of the Sonoran desert valley. Managed by Troon Golf, Golf Club of Estrella incorporates its natural desert surroundings into the design and layout of the greens and fairways, with several shots coming into play over spectacular desert settings. Golfers are truly impressed with this challenging course that offers multiple tees to accommodate all playing levels. Tres Rios, another golfing option, is three miles away. This municipal course allows beginning players the opportunity experience success in a desert setting.
