The Enchanted Treehouse is perched on a sand dune overlooking Lake Michigan with 100' of private lakefront. Enjoy the magnificent lake views from every room or the deck with table, chairs and BBQ.
Enjoy sightseeing and dining in Grand Haven 9 miles (15 minutes) to the north or Holland 12 miles (20 minutes) to the south. Take the 145 steps to the beach and park your blankets or chairs on your own private beach. There are no rocks and the sugar-fine sand slopes gently into the crystal clear water.
Avoid the crowds and enjoy the peace and tranquility that this property has to offer. This unique modern rustic, post and beam style cottage was designed by award winning architect Chuck Posthumus to maximize lake views while minimizing environmental impact on the critical dune.

The unique features of this house that provide the spectacular treetop views, also make the home more physically demanding and unsuitable for people who have physical or ambulatory limitations and it is not handicapped accessible.
