SUMMER DESERT HEAT Disclosure: Arizona is known for extreme outdoor temperatures, which can impact the efficiency of air conditioning systems. This home is equipped with two residential AC units, ceiling fans, and additional portable fans. However, please note that when temperatures exceed 110°F, it may be challenging for the systems to reach some guests targeted cooling temps during peak hours.
SECURITY CAMERAS: Ring doorbell (facing out), 2 cameras (front driveway & side yard gate). No cameras in the house or pool area.
