Guest Access:
➤ Pool Heat: $100 per day (3 consecutive day minimum starting day of arrival). Payment and notice for pool heat must be made one week before arrival.
*Temperature to be set between 75-85 depending on outside temperatures*
➤ Three vehicles may be parked in front of the home on the driveway and the garage can fit one to two cars. Free street parking is also permitted as long as it does not obstruct neighbors' driveways & trash/recycle bins set to curb.
➤ The guests will have access to the entire property. Please make yourself at home!
Other Things To Note:
➤The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65-75F. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.
➤ Unfortunately, we can’t offer a bag drop-off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
