Be one of the first to come stay in and review our newly listed cozy cottage on Reed Avenue in Pacific Beach! This cottage is within walking distance to many restaurants and shops, Mission Bay and the beach! This is one of two 1 bedroom cottages next to one another. Book both homes and enjoy your vacation with family and friends and have your own space where you can relax. The maximum guests permitted is 8 for both cottages, 4 in each.
This quaint home has a back yard with a grill, lounge chairs, and a 3-person hot tub. A great place to hang out with family and friends!
There is free parking on the street and usually never an issue. Each 1 bedroom cottage has a queen size bed with a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. There is also a large L-shaped couch and a queen-size air mattress in the bedroom closet to accommodate sleeping for up to a total of 4 people in the unit . The cottages have fully equipped kitchens and a dining table for entertaining by the living space with a large couch to fit the whole group! There is an A/C unit at this property and a heater.
You need to experience these newly beautifully decorated cottages! The hot tub is serviced weekly on TUESDAY MORNINGS.

We like our guests to feel at home as soon as they arrive! We provide a ‘starter kit’ to help our guests get settled without needing to rush off to the store.
Our kits include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, soap, linens, towels, kitchen sponges, dish soap, and trash bags, either Keurig coffee makers with k-cups or standard coffee makers, extra blankets, extra pillows, extra sheets-for air mattress and hair dryer.
In addition, our property has a house manual located on the side of the refrigerator detailing specific information about the property, amenities and responsibilities.
