Tempe, Arizona is a robust and growing suburb of the Phoenix Valley. Bluu Door is one mile from Arizona State University and less than 10 minutes away from the Phoenix international airport. It is perfectly located in the center of the Phoenix metro area, and is surrounded by numerous options for entertainment, nightlife, and some great local dining. Tempe Town Lake, Old Town Scottsdale, Fashion Square shopping center, baseball spring training facilities, the Phoenix zoo, OdySea Aquarium, dozens of golf courses, and much more is located less than 30 minutes from our Bluu Door properties.
Getting Around:
Public transit is located just one block south in addition to numerous bikes and electric scooters located along the sidewalks that can be rented using a smart phone. Uber and Lyft are also a great option as they are always available in Tempe. There are numerous restaurants, bars, and shopping within walking distance located on Mill Avenue which is only a mile East of our property.
