You will be only 5.7 miles away downtown Chandler (Old town hosts multiple restaurants, night clubs and shops) and 13 miles from “The Premium Outlet and 4.6 miles from Chandler Fashion Center which provides an endless shopping experience!
Some of my favorite places in the area is to visit Scottsdale! which is only 13.5 miles away. You`ll find the inside scoop on Scottsdale’s top attractions and activities, from aquariums and architectural wonders to botanical gardens, wine tasting rooms and award-winning museums.
Hiking- Veterans Oasis Park is only 14.7 miles away. It`s combination of parkland, lake, and wetlands/groundwater recharge basins that are fun for all ages and abilities. It has 4.5 miles of trails where you can hike, ride a bike, or meander while birdwatching.

- If you`re bringing a pet, please disclose it at the time of booking. There is a $30/day pet fee for each pet. 1 pet max.

- Pets are never to be left roaming inside the property unattended.
- Your pet must be on a leash and you must pick up after them.

- No additional guests are allowed other than what`s shown on the reservation. If you wish to have visitors, please ask us for permission beforehand.
- No tampering or disabling of smoke detectors or smoking inside the home.
- Please eat in the dining area to prevent stains and damage.
- Quiet hours are strictly observed overnight starting from 22:00 to 8:00 (10 pm - 8 am).
- We kindly ask you to load the dishwasher and start it before checking out. Please note that an additional cleaning fee will apply if you do not.

- We keep the floors super clean and tidy, so we respectfully ask you to take your shoes off when inside. It will also help with noise! Thank you for your understanding!
Garbage and recycling. During your stay, please take the garbage bin out to the street on Monday night, and if you are still renting, please bring back to the garage on Tuesday.
Take the recycle bin out to the street on Wednesday night. If you are still renting the property on Thursday, please bring the bin to the garage.
Pest Control. Pest control is done monthly during the first week of the month.
Pool service is done weekly on Mondays. The pool person will open the garage door to access the side door that leads to the backyard. Please make sure you lock the door that leads to the garage from the house.
We kindly request that you avoid unplugging any items that are currently plugged in. Thank you for your cooperation!
- We have provided grey washcloths for makeup removal. Please do not stain our towels. - There is a fee for every damaged hand towel.
- If anything breaks, spills, or stains, let us know as soon as possible. We`ll take a look and help clean up. Upon assessment, guests may be responsible for damages.
- Checkout time is strictly enforced. If you do not have written approval on the app messaging and you do not checkout on time you will be charged $20 for every 15 minutes past the official checkout time of 10 AM.
