Our 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom character beach house has all new furniture, full laundry, fully remodeled main bathroom December 2021, and huge serenity back garden to let the kids run around in. You will enjoy the charm of this remodeled original bungalow with its vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and 100 year old hardwood floors. Relax in true California style in the sunny, open living space complete with high-end finishes.
The living room features new leather couches, a flat screen TV, fireplace and artwork throughout. It's adjacent to the kitchen and dining space where you'll find a full kitchen with everything you need to cook and lots of cupboard storage, plus a dining set that seats four. Cooks will appreciate the outdoor gas grill while the non-cooks relax on the patio or enjoy a cocktail in the huge backyard.
Our 3BR house will suit your family vacation perfectly. Six can sleep in the bedrooms, the master bedroom and second bedroom each have queen sized beds and the third bedroom has a double bed. All linens, towels and beach towels are provided.

Our beach house is just one block to the Carlsbad boardwalk, white sand beaches, beach rentals and the Carlsbad Village Town Center with many restaurants, taverns and shops. Truly a perfect location!
