Positive: incredible view to Bay... above and beyond call o fduty and extremely helfpul staff, especially Barsha and Effie ! Old style , large hotel, delicious food, with two places to eat - access to spa, gym and pool ... definitely go back, jazz night in lobby,

Negative: all good .. obviously expensive but worth it !

Summary: great getaway, luxury , incredible views of San Francisco, Golden Gate Bridge, Marin !
