It was renovated in the fall of 2019 with a fresh coat of paint throughout the entire condo, new tiles on floors, renovated bathrooms and showers.
Bedroom number one features a queen-size bed and a sliding patio door to walk out to your private patio.
Bedroom two features a king master suite with an ensuite bathroom with an extra space that can be converted into a third room using the sliding door with two single beds and a separate bathroom.
An additional double futon in the living room for that extra couple or person, which is part of a bright open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, and reliable internet.
Step outside into your own private courtyard and beautifully tiled outdoor shower where you can wash the sand and your worries away. There is an easy pass-thru window to the patio from the kitchen.
