The space
468 Pulpito is a small, brand new building of 8 units This third floor unit has the following in preparation for your wonderful visit.
NO SMOKING UNIT OR ON PATIO AND TERRACE/POOL.
PLEASE READ: Like many smaller buildings in Mexico, there is no elevator in this building. The suite is on the 3rd floor. There are stairs to get to the entrance of the building from main street level. There is a back entrance way also that offers less steps off Rodolfo Gomez.
You will be accessing the building via stairs off Pulpito/Jaccarndas or the pathway via Rodolfo Gomez at 500 Tamarindo. There is no 'street' front and the building is on a hillside. To get UBER/TAXI or other transport, you will need to use these locations.
1st Bedroom: a comfortable king bed with linens from the UK, ample closets, ocean view windows, AC, ceiling fan, TV, black out blinds, dimmable lights and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and a large window to the hillside.
2nd Bedroom: a comfortable queen bed with linens from the UK, closets, ocean view windows, AC, ceiling fan, TV, black out blinds and a bathroom just outside its door, with a walk in shower.
Living Room: an open concept living room, dimmable lighting, AC, ceiling fan, motorized sunscreen blinds and portable Bluetooth speakers.
Dining Room: a beautiful parota wood dining room table and chairs for 4 (can squeeze 5-6)
Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter top and 4 stools, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with water and ice maker, blender, Air Fryer and microwave.
NOTE - There is no oven at this location, we have an Air Fryer (with cookbook), BBQ on the terrace, microwave and a full set of pots and pans for the 4 burner gas stove top.
Water in the building is treated before it reaches the unit and is filtered again by the fridge/ice cube maker.
Sliding doors to terrace with 2 small rocking chairs, table for 4 (with feet rests, or extra chairs ) BBQ, ceiling fan and outdoor power sockets.
Colourful art work and pieces of Mexican pottery offer a creative and unique vibe for your stay.
Private laundry with washer and dryer.
