This home is pet friendly! We love furry family members! If you are planning on bringing your furry friend, please be aware of the following policy and rules: There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed per reservation and there is a $100 non-refundable fee that will be applied to the reservation. All pets must be declared on/with the reservation at the time of booking, or, at the latest, prior to check in. Pet fee must also be paid in full prior to check in. If a pet is brought into the home and has not been previously declared, a fine, in addition to the $100 pet fee, may be assessed and charged to the guest. At the time of departure, owner and/or management will perform a routine departure inspection.
If damages are found and determined/assumed to be caused by a pet in the home, such damages will be documented and submitted as a claim to the hosting company (i.e. Airbnb, Vrbo, Taos Love LLC, etc.). Such a claim and monies requested may be used to recuperate charges for, but not limited to, excess cleaning time, supplies and repairs needed, replacement items, etc. The owner and/or management company will determine if the $150 pet fee paid by guest will or will not cover any or all of needed monies for aforementioned issues.
