You will have access to the entire property! Please note, external providers and external guests are not allowed on the property. Please let us know in advance for authorization.

The Villa Manager will be available for any requests or information needed, as well as arranging wonderful activities such as in-house massages and private yoga or fitness classes, in-house cooking classes, tequila and mezcal tastings, private chefs. Also amazing activities like diving, Yacht renting, meditation, Cacao and Temazcal ceremonies, aesthetic dances, tickets to Full Moon and famous DJ’s parties, wonderful tours to cenotes and archaeological sites, and a wide variety of services such as organizing any special occasion events, private birthday parties, etc

Tulum is a beautiful town with its own character. Casa Chenxen is strategically located between the beautiful town and the wonderful beaches. Many of the best restaurants, shops, bars, cafes, gyms and wellness centres are located nearby. Small streets allow guests to avoid main roads to reach Downtown Tulum and many of the most attractive places in this area such as the Sian Ka'an Biosphere Reserve, stunning cenotes and lagoons, the Jaguar Park with the archaeological sites of Tulum and Coba, and also depending on traffic, Playa Del Carmen, Xcaret Park, Cancun, Bacalar, Valladolid, the Chichen-itza ruins, the Mayan train, the new Tulum airport and many more great activities to enjoy and incredible places to visit.

Nearby mini-markets make supplying easier. In the surrounding area there are excellent cafes and cacao shops to enjoy a wonderful breakfast with freshly baked breads and pastries and surprising corners and terraces to have a cocktail while enjoying a magical sunset or a brunch by the jungle or by the sea.
Tulum is also famous for offering the best quality of mezcal and tequilas and a very wide gastronomic variety. (Vegetarian, Asian, Mexican, Italian, Japanese, Indian food, etc.)

As a new development area, the streets are not paved and may be rough! We recommend rent an SUV car , ATV, (ask your concierge). We can also provide our guests with private transportation (with driver) !

The House is fully fenced. There are 3 fire extinguishers and a first aid kit. Tulum infrastructure is developing, meaning power grid still weak. Power outages could occur with no previous notice. They aren’t common!
Also we are in the jungle, surronded by wonderful nature so insect can be found on the garden area and sometimes inside the house if you leave the doors or windows open.
Noise from nearby construction may occur!
