This impressive single-level modern ranch-style home offers a spacious 3,000 square feet with four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms to accommodate up to 12 guests easily and comfortably.
After stepping through the front door, you will find yourself in the open and spacious main living area holding the living room, kitchen, and dining areas.
Living Room: Enjoy a comfortable sofa, accent chairs, a Smart TV, and a decorative fireplace (non-operational). You'll have easy access to the backyard as well.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. There's also a large kitchen island with seating for four.
Dining Room: The dining area offers a lovely table and seating for six guests. As well as access French doors that open to the backyard.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Suite— King bed, a Smart TV, and private access to the backyard. The ensuite bathroom offers two sinks, and a large walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2 — Queen size bed, Smart TV
Bedroom 3 — Two full beds, Smart TV
Bedroom 4/bunk room — Two twin-over-twin bunk beds, sofa seating area with Smart TV, desk area, and a game table for checkers or chess.
Bathroom 2 - Full shared bathroom offers jetted tub/shower combo.
The half bathroom is only accessible from the backyard/pool area.
Outdoor spaces:
The backyard is a gorgeous area. You'll enjoy the private pool, cozy seating under a lovely pergola, and a gas fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs. There's a propane BBQ for your grilled favorites. And don't miss the four-hole putting green, sports court with pickle ball and basketball plus lots of yard games!
Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $110 per day. No pool heating is offered June 1- September 30. Due to the unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, and pool temperatures may not reach satisfactory levels.
