PARKING
Driveway parking is available for a maximum of one vehicle. Free street parking is allowed when permitted. However, from November 1st to April 1st, street parking is prohibited from midnight to 7:00 a.m. due to snow removal operations.
HOUSE RULES
No smoking is allowed on the property.
Minimum age requirement: 30 years old.
No events, parties, or large gatherings are permitted.
A signed rental contract is required after reservation confirmation.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax. There is a late check out fee of $75.00 + tax if available, and authorized.
Early check-in IF available is $75.00 + tax.
