Our house is in a quiet neighborhood across from a park with playground equipment, water features and tennis courts. It is a short walk to the greenbelt walking and bike riding path. And a 5 minute drive to Old Town Scottsdale's restaurants, shops, bars, spring training sites, and Fashion Square Mall.
The primary bedroom has a walk-in closet and tempur pedic mattress with a private adjoining bathroom. The second bedroom features a pillowtop mattress, desk, and 2nd bathroom. Enjoy the patio and grassy backyard (biweekly lawn service included). The backyard is walled in if you bring your dog. The house also offers features such as strong wi-fi, smart home technology (Alexa, lights, Nest), Whirlpool front loading washer/dryer, and refrigerator with filtered water. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, spices, a Nespresso and a coffee maker, and more. We truly want this to be your home away from home!
You will have sole and complete use of the home, yard, and garage. There is one locked storage room off limits to guests.
Up to 2 dogs are allowed but must be fully house trained and non-destructive. We ask that you cover our couch or other furniture with a blanket from the linen closet if you allow your dog on furniture. No cats please (due to owner allergies).
Children are welcome, but we have very limited child proofing for very young children. We may be able to provide some amenities such as a crib - just ask!
