Located in the neighborhood of Romantic zone of Puerto Vallarta and nestled right alongside the river that flows through downtown of this city of Vallarta. You will feel like you are miles from town, but will only be a short 5-minute drive to all the action of Old Town Puerto Vallarta and feel the vibrant traditional Mexican neighborhood of Emiliano Zapata close to Los Muertos Beach and the so famous Basilio street for Restaurants, bars, stores.
Aguacate 602 Condo features a full-equipped kitchen; burner gas stove top, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker with granite counter. The dining table sits six comfortably, also there is a balcony with 2 chairs and a table. This unit is equipped with an additional half bathroom with a washer and dryer, air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet and Television in the living area.

Our Standard Cleaning Services included are based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In the case where your rental is less than the time period indicated or you require additional services the cost per cleaning will be $50.00 USD - tax included (or the equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment). This will be collected by Concierge on the day of the check in.
