Getting Around:
The condo is 55.5 miles from Cancun Airport (CUN)—about 50 minutes by car. Pre-arrange your transfer for best rates: shuttles, private vans, rental cars, or take the ADO direct bus service from the airport.
If you are driving, you can use the underground parking garage if you're driving. When parking in town, watch for metered spots (daily 10 AM-10 PM) and look for nearby payment kiosks or use the App. Public lots are also available for hourly/daily rates.
The central location puts everything within walking distance, but if you need transportation, just ask—we're here to help!

Electricity (Long-term Stays)
Electricity is not included for stays of 7 days or more. A meter reading will be recorded on arrival and check-out days. Long-term stays are charged a fixed rate of $5.22 pesos per kWh. Consumption will be charged through the booking platform or deducted from your security deposit.
Important Notice: Corrective maintenance will be carried out, along with the replacement of the Venetian blinds in the adult pool, which will remain closed for an estimated period of 6 weeks.

- Please refrain from mistreating the gym equipment. Damage or misuse may result in fines.
- No food or alcoholic beverages are allowed in the gym. Only bottled water or sealed drinks are permitted.
- No parties or events are permitted. Speakers or music are only allowed inside private units, at a moderate volume, and until 10:00 p.m. Guests are asked to avoid excessive noise that may disturb others.
- The possession, use, or consumption of illegal drugs, controlled substances, or weapons is strictly prohibited. Violators will be reported to the authorities.
- Hanging clothes, towels, or other items on balconies or terraces is not permitted.
- Smoking is prohibited in indoor common areas or where otherwise indicated. No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 USD penalty.
- Renters agree to cover any charges related to damages that occur during their stay or cover necessary extra cleaning charges if required after their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are allowed with prior notice, and an extra fee may apply if approved.
