There are no hotels or schools so it is a great location for family overflow from Rio Verde, Tonto Verde and Trilogy communities. A15 minutes drive from Fountain Hills and 20 minutes from North Scottsdale, this little piece of peaceful paradise can be yours for a week or month(s).
Year round sunshine and winter temperatures between 60-90 degrees, summers obviously a bit hotter, but the community center is only a short golf cart ride away.
TO DO: This property comes with a fob to access the commuity pool and hot tub (8 large pool towels are in the laundry room), brand new fitness center with state of the art equipment and the cutest retro golf cart are the highlights, but Rio Verde offers many more activities like bocce, pickleball, talks, classes from woodworking to yoga! Although golfing privileges cannot be transfered to renter in Rio Verde, there are so many public courses you can play, just a few minutes down the road.
