Guests have access to the pool in the common area terrace. Our guests also are welcome to use the bbq grill that we have in the private terrace (charcoal is not included)

The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, surrounded by other condominiums, you will find many restaurants, bars, convenience stores, pharmacies, markets, etc. This condo is close to all the action and the beach, but quiet at night so you can relax.
The apartment is very centric, you don't really need a car, you can walk to the beach, to fifth avenue, to restaurants, to supermarkets, etc.
There is a local taxi service that you can use if you want to go shopping at the supermarket and return with the merchandise.

Additional Fees:
- Electricity service has a separated cost, this way you pay only for what you use and we keep low prices. The cost is $6 Mxn Pesos per kWh and it has to be paid in cash upon your check out. Help us to take care of the environment!
Check-In / Check-Out:
- Check-in time is from 3:00 Pm to 9:00 Pm & Check-out is from 7:00 Am to 11:00 Am. If you need to check-in before 3:00 Pm, please ask for availability one day before your arrival (no extra fee if so), but if you check in after 9:00 Pm there's an additional fee of $10 Usd per hour/fraction.
- This fee applies as well if you check-out after 11:00 Am (subject to availability, we can only guarantee it one day before your check-out because we could receive a reservation anytime, that arrives that day) or if you check out before 7:00 Am ($10 Usd per extra hour/fraction).
Cleaning Services:
- Optional full cleaning service available for an additional fee of $35 Usd, if you only need a change of linens, the fee is $10 Usd.
- You have one basic cleaning service included for every 7 nights of stay (change of linens is not included but you can request it for the $10 Usd fee).
- Please request the cleaning services to your host, with at least a 24 hrs notice.
- The cleaning fee that you paid once you booked is for the service that we must do after your check-out.
- We're not a hotel, we're not an owner renting their property, we're a vacation rental company, therefore, we only provide basic cleaning supplies upon arrival, or, if you request a service for the corresponding additional cost.
- We appreciate you doing a correct use and taking a good care of towels and linens. Items with tough stains at the end of your stay (make up, suntan or sunscreen lotion, grease, wine, blood, drag stains, etc) apply a fee of $3 Usd per piece.
Other Rules:
- Noise levels should be reduced by 10 pm.
- Parties or events are not allowed.
- Don't smoke inside, please. ($100 Usd penalty applies)
- Follow the common area rules, please.
