The Lodge is a 5500 sq ft, 5 bedroom home that can accommodate 10 people. Situated on over an acre of land directly facing a catch & release fishing pond, this unique property is the perfect, relaxing getaway for a family or 5 couples.
At an elevation of 6,500 feet, it offers a great getaway from the oppressive summer heat of the lower Arizona desert and a great winter time base camp for skiing or hunting. There are two master bedrooms with king beds and ensuite and cable TV (1 has private patio). Two bedrooms have queen beds and a third has two single beds that share another full bath. The enormous kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, cookware, coffeemaker, microwave and dishwasher. The Safari room has a wet bar area, fireplace, gun safe and big flat screen TV with cable. There are IPod/Ipad docking stations and wireless internet. A formal dining room with banquet table (seats 8) is complete with serveware. Central heat & Air conditioning, and there is ample parking available for ATV's, trailers, cars and motorcycles.
The side deck has plenty of seating, Umbrella and Firepit. The rear deck is equipped with a large gas grill and seating. A wrap around patio encompasses the lodge as well.
The Ranch is a 6100 sq ft rustic barn, a 2 minute walk from the Lodge. The Barn is specifically designed to host Weddings, large parties, events etc. The Barn can accommodate a group from 10 to 200 guests. While rustic, we have retrofitted it with chandeliers, fairy lights, restrooms, a bride's get ready room and groom's get ready room. Outside of the Barn, is the perfect place for the ceremony, under tall ponderosa pines with a rustic log Wedding arch. Tables, chairs and white linen cloths are supplied as well as food serving tables with black cloths. Over the years we have continued to add personal touches to enhance the experience.
