4 Bedroom House in Playacar Fase I, Playacar
It's a house with 3 bedrooms with a king size bed each with A/C minisplit, and an open bedroom with a queen size bed without A/C nor a fan for 6 , with a full equipped kitchen, just a few steps to to beach.
It's quite spacious because it's built on two lots, so you will have space inside and outside.
It has a very nice swimming pool, custom made, and very private in the spacious back yard with a nice terrace where you will spend hours and hours hearing the ocean waves sound.
At the first floor, the living room, dining and kitchen has an open layout. There are two bedrooms with a king size bed each with its own private full bathroom. The
Laundry is in a separate room.
At the second floor there is an open bedroom with a queen size bed and a half of the bathroom. The master bedroom is huge with a king size bed and its bathroom is great with two separate vanities and two heads in the shower.
There are minisplits in each bedroom, but the open bedroom.
Upstairs there is a wet bar with a nice terrace and stairs to the roof terrace, where you will see the ocean.

Super nice warm house, excellent service from Jose and Marcella, always with our attention, Alfredo who takes care of the swimming pool and the grounds, bravo superb person, and our cleaning lady so kind, we had a great stay. Not to mention that the house is super well located near the sea and Fifth Avenue. Well done!

EXCELLENT
The location and the house in general
Everything was fine
Wonderful house in the best location in PDC. Playacar is a beautiful neighborhood with security, and the house is one block from a great beach and a 10 minute walk to town. We stopped renting a car in PDC because it's so easy to get around on foot or on bikes (Playa Rida will deliver bikes to you, and pick them back up). Taxis are plentiful, for excursions or getting back from the grocery store. The house is very clean and well equipped with three large king bedrooms, each with its own full bath. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and new A/C unit. Beds are very comfortable and the A/C works great (there is also an A/C in the living room but we didn't really use that one). Kitchen is large and has what is needed for cooking dinner, making margaritas, etc. We also used the grill which I think was brand new. We loved the beachy, Mexican decor and murals in the house. The best part is the back yard and pool which fells like a private oasis - very peaceful. Thank you, Marcela!
