This fairway villa is a lovely ground level condo situated along the 2nd fairway of Oyster Bay Golf Links. It is a non-smoking property with two bedrooms and two full baths, Each bedroom has a full-sized bed and a queen sized bed with private bath. The villa features an open floor plan with adjoining kitchen, living and dining areas. The living room has a large flat panel television, DVD, stereo and comfortable furniture for relaxing after a game of golf or day on the beach. The dining area has a table with seating for 4 with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar counter. The condo has central heat & air , large living room ceiling fan for comfort and a laundry room with full-sized washer & dryer for convenience. The kitchen is fully-equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, full-size refrigerator and range. The second bedroom has a private screened porch and there is a patio accessible from the living room and bedroom areas. The exterior has ponds with fountains and the natural environment is perfect for bird-watching and enjoying the coastal breeze. Sunset Beach is a short drive (5 minutes) from the condo complex and there are a multitude of area golf courses to play. This location serves as the perfect retreat for a golf/beach vacation. The condo complex has a community pool, charcoal grills and tennis courts on site. Complimentary linens, towels and departure cleaning service are included with the rental.
