The area is very quiet and safe, surrounded by other condos. It is located just one block from 5th Avenue, walking on it to the south you will find many restaurants, bars, shops of all kinds, pharmacies, markets, etc.
This condo is close to all the points of interest in downtown Playa del Carmen, but at the same time it is very quiet so you can rest.
You can walk to most of the points of interest in downtown Playa del Carmen from the apartment, however, you can take a taxi only at the corner of the street or even better, rent a bike only 2 blocks away.
For stays of less than 20 nights, we include 20 kw of electricity per day. If there is any surplus, the cost of the Kw is 6 Pesos and payment is requested at the end of the stay.
** WE HAVE FREE ACCESS TO THE MARTINA BEACH CLUB WHICH IS ON THAT SAME STREET, ASK YOUR HOST FOR THE COUPONS ON YOUR ARRIVAL.

Additional Fees
- Electricity service has a separated cost, this way, you pay only for what you use and we keep low prices. The cost is $6 Mxn Pesos per kWh and it has to be paid in cash upon your check out. Let's take care of the environment!
Entrada / Salida:
- El check in gratuito es de 3:00 Pm a 9:00 Pm, en caso de necesitar registrarte antes de esa hora deberás solicitarlo y solo será autorizado si el departamento está disponible. Deberás preguntar por la disponibilidad un día antes de tu llegada, por favor.
Si tu llegada es después de las 9:00 Pm tendrá un costo de $10 dólares por cada hora o fracción extra.
- El check out es de 7:00 Am a 11:00 Am en caso de salir antes de las 7:00 Am o después de las 11:00 Am, tendrá un costo de $10 dólares por hora o fracción, deberás solicitarlo un día antes de tu salida y será autorizado siempre y cuando esté disponible.
Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in time is from 3:00 Pm to 9:00 Pm & Check-out is from 7:00 Am to 11:00 Am. If you need to check-in before 3:00 Pm, please ask for availability one day before your arrival (no extra fee if So), but if you check in after 9:00 Pm there's an additional fee of $10 Usd per hour/fraction.
- This fee applies as well if you check-out after 11:00 Am (subject to availability, we can only guarantee it one day before your check-out due to we could receive a reservation anytime, that arrives that day) or if you check out before 7:00 Am ($10 Usd per extra hour/fraction).
Servicios De Limpieza:
- Servicio de limpieza disponible por un costo adicional de $35 dólares (incluye cambio de blancos). Si solo requieres un cambio de blancos, el costo es de $10 dólares.
- Por cada 5 noches de estancia, te regalamos un servicio de limpieza básica (no incluye cambio de blancos, pero lo puedes solicitar por $10 dólares).
- Favor de solicitar los servicios de limpieza a su anfitrión con al menos 24 hrs. de anticipación.
- La tarifa de limpieza que pagaste al reservar es por la limpieza que debemos realizar después de que te marches.
- Los blancos (toallas y sábanas) que se entreguen con manchas difíciles de remover aplican un costo adicional de $3 dólares por pieza.
Cleaning Services:
- Full cleaning service available for an additional fee of $35 Usd, if you only need a change of linens, the fee is $10 Usd.
- You have one basic cleaning service included for every 5 nights of stay (change of linens is not included but you can request it for the $10 Usd fee).
- Please request the cleaning services to your host, with at least a 24 hrs notice.
- The cleaning fee that you paid once you booked is for the service that we must do after your check-out.
- Linen or towels with tough stains at the end of your stay, apply a fee of $3 Usd per piece.
Otras Normas:
