From the front row of Montecristo Phase II, you'll have a private, unobstructed panoramic view of three miles of the coast where the Pacific meets the Sea of Cortez -- from sunrise to sunset and beyond.
4 spacious bedrooms (2 with a king bed, 1 with 2 queens, plus 1 with 2 twins that can also serve as a lounge and office workspace) sleep 8 comfortably, each with flat-screen TV, private bath and ample closet space.
Another flat-screen TV in the Main Floor living/dining area, along with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi (186 MB/s download speed) supports all digital entertainment needs. The fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen with all-new cabinetry and appliances, and the laundry room with washer and dryer, provide all the comforts of home.
Outside, the Main Floor terrace includes covered dining and a gas grill, as well as a private, shaded nook just off the Master Bedroom where you can just chill (maybe with a book and beverage), while the Pool Level terrace leads to the built-in jacuzzi spa and heated private pool. Maid service is every 3rd day.
