Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. You're 15 minutes from Scottsdale, 15 minutes from Phoenix, 10 minutes from the airport and 7 minutes from ASU. You'll be staying in a 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom house with a private pool and a wonderful backyard patio in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Our guests have access to the entire home, ensuring complete privacy. Check-in is a breeze with electronic lock.
Our house rules are indicated below, please review them carefully, as we set out strict measures for all rules listed. Thank you!
1. No shoes to be worn inside the home.
2. Quiet hours start at 9PM until 9AM.
3. No smoking on the property, including outside. If you must smoke, please find another location to smoke.
4. A maximum of two pets below 30 lbs each are allowed at the property. It's $50/pet to bring your furry friends with you.
5. No parties and/or large social gatherings. No events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays There is a $250.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund.
6. Check-in and Check-out times are MANDATORY unless scheduled and confirmed in advance and if we are able to accommodate without double booking. A $50.00/hour penalty may be applied if you fail to check out by 10 am or by the agreed upon check-out time. My cleaners are on tight schedules and their time must be respected.
7. A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. Please be honest. We must coordinate cleaners and inventory based on the number of guests that occupy the unit.
8. If any personal property is damaged/lost/stolen or if the cleaning company requires additional time to clean up, you may be charged accordingly. Please do not leave any personal belongings behind during your stay. We will not be held responsible for lost/ misplaced or stolen items. In the event that an item was left behind, we will ship the item back to you at your expense, or discarded.
9. Lock all windows and doors if you are not home.
10. Turn off all lights when not in use.
11. If there is any maintenance issue, please contact me on Airbnb so I can send someone to fix it.
12. Please separate your garbage from your recycling and place in the bins in the drawer in the kitchen island.
13. No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture.
14. No unplugging of electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.
15. Our time of operation is Sunday-Saturday from 9 AM-11PM local time, and our check-in time is between 4 PM-11 PM.
16. NO MAIL - NO SHIPPING POLICY: We do not allow our guests to order on the Internet and have it shipped to our property, or to have mail mailed at them. If you decide to go ahead with a mail order or shipping order to our property, you are entirely responsible. We will NOT be responsible for any damaged, misplaced, or missing mail/item shipped to the property
