The area is very central and safe, surrounded by other condominiums and shops. It is located in the heart of Playa del Carmen, a few meters from the famous 5th Avenue and a street from the beach, is a few steps from the shopping center "Quinta Alegría", many restaurants, bars, shops of all kinds, pharmacies, coffee shops (such as Starbucks or Ah Cacao which I highly recommend), etc. The Mega Soriana supermarket is just 5 blocks away. This condominium has a privileged location, very close to all points of interest in downtown Playa del Carmen.
You can walk to most of the points of interest in downtown Playa del Carmen from the studio, however, you can take a taxi only at the corner of the street or even better, rent bikes to ride in the city and get to know it more closely .
