This quality home boasts soaring 10 ft ceilings, open & spacious floorplan w/12 ft. full pano doors that open to the resort style backyard w/ pool, hot tub, putting green, fire pit & daybed to watch the magnificent nightly sunsets. Pool/Spa heat $45 extra per day. If you decide not to heat pool/spa then there is no extra charge.
This is our 2nd home and we want to keep the wear and tear to a minimum so we only rent for 30 day minimum stays.
NO to the following - parties, loud music, pets, or smoking. This is mostly an owner occupied neighborhood so it's quiet and we want guests to be respectful of that.
2 car maximum because there's no on street parking overnight.
We prefer that you don't request to book if you have infants or small children because of pool safety.
