An additional queen size sofa bed is in the living area, which allows this unit to accommodate 6 people very comfortably. There is a spacious ocean view patio with outside eating and lounging areas overlooking a semi-private pool. There are also 3 additional large pools, barbecue areas, tennis courts, putting green and a fitness room within the complex for your enjoyment.
The kitchen has all brand new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. It’s fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and drinks including toaster, coffee maker, blender, utensils, margarita glasses, wine glasses, etc. The unit is fully air conditioned, equipped with a uv water purification system, washer/dryer, programmable safe and all other amenities you would expect in a condo of this quality.
