15 Bedroom Villa in Amapas, Puerto Vallarta
Villa Las Palmeras is a Gorgeous 15 bedroom Villa with Spectacular Ocean and Old Town Views. If you take 14 bedrooms or more, the bedroom rates per night would be 169 a room a night. Whether you book 8 to 15 rooms, the villa is always private for your group, the rooms you don't book remain vacant. We also have a villa next door so if you need more that 15 rooms we have 11 more next door. VERY Conveniently located, save money transportation most everything is walking distance. Old Town/ Romantic zone, restaurant row, night life and fabulous beaches are just a short walk. The Mallecon is connected to the beach near the villa.
ALL BEDROOMS ARE ENCLOSED AND AIR CONDITIONED.
The perfect Villa for any large gathering such as Weddings, Family reunions, Retreats, Birthdays.......Past guests rave about the staff and our chef’s cooking. Fresh Guacamole with hand squeezed lime margaritas with %100 agave tequila is always on the house for our groups for arrival.
The villa has 2 large pools. One pool on the 5th floor with unbelievable views with pool side bar tending and another one on the 1st floor. Connectable surround soundsystem with iPhone or Samsung that plays throughout the villa including the pool area and top level bar. The villa also has large flat screen TVs with Cable.
The Villa provides a concierge, daily maid service, 10 car parking. Cooking services are available for an additional charge. 10 dollars, per person, per meal per service fee. Wedding’s, Anniversary's, party's, large birthdays would be an extra fee just inquire and we will let you know how much depending on the amount of people and rooms. The minimum amount of rooms would be 5. Each room is airconditioned and should be shared with 2 people. One person for each room would be a higher expense if group decides. Therefore each room has to be paid fully if there happens to be an odd number. Food service needs to be paid before arrival.
